Rooted in the Zentangle®️ Method and guided by a contemplative approach, each Mindful Marks class is a place where simple strokes become a practice of presence, and drawing a form of meditation. Led by Diane Harpster, Certified Zentangle Teacher and Certified Spiritual Director.
There is no rush, no expectation of perfection, and no need for prior artistic experience. Each mark is an opportunity to listen, to trust, and to be fully present. Live classes will be held on the third Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM (Central Time Zone). The classes will be recorded and will be available after the sessions. BEGINS JANUARY 15, 2026.
Each session includes a brief centering and mindful intention, step-by-step Zentangle instruction accessible to all levels, gentle prompts for reflection and awareness, space for quiet focus, creativity, and calm. Class sessions will end with opportunities for reflection and sharing what has been created. This series is ideal for anyone seeking a regular mindful creative practice through art that supports spiritual reflection and calm.
In addition to each monthly live session, a follow-up video recording will be made available for tangling a different tile.
This is for those new to Zentangle drawing and those with experience of the practice. Come sit with line, breath, and intention. Let each stroke be a return to stillness, to creativity, to yourself.
